I'm Kevin Holland, the proud founder. In 2013 I created Tiger Highways having repeatedly observed significant numbers of traffic management suppliers routinely operating in ignorance of their own industry safety standards. Witnessing negligent traffic management designs and sloppy operations, I empathised with clients grappling with these unreliable services, none the wiser of how poorly executed the services they were paying for, were being delivered.

Our meticulous approach stems from unparalleled expertise, shaped by the responsibility of advising Transport for London and crafting the TfL Traffic Management Handbook.
